Appointments: Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.
Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, otherwise you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot. Our appointments are confirmed by text and by email.
No Shows: No - Shows may be subject to 100% fee of the cost of the service.
No Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with the results please contact us within 7 days of the service. We will find a solution to best address the situation. If you wish to see a different stylist, we will be happy to provide other alternatives. We do not offer refunds of any kind.
Color Corrections: A consultation is required for a color correction appointment. Pricing is by the hour or based on the service booked.
